The Power Law team is very proud to announce the launch of the 3rd edition of Les droits linguistiques au Canada, a collaborative work under the guidance of the Honourable Michel Bastarache and Michel Doucet, and prefaced by the Honourable Louise Arbour. Les droits linguistiques au Canada is published by Yvon Blais.

The Power Law team, including Mark Power, François Larocque, Jean-Pierre Hachey, Jennifer Klinck, Perri Ravon and Justin Dubois, greatly contributed to this new edition, authoring five chapters.

This edition updates the previous version, published in 2004, incorporating the numerous developments in the field since that time. It features two new chapters, on language rights and international law (Chapter 3) and the language rights of aboriginal peoples (Chapter (9).
