OTTAWA, 10 mars 2015

On March 6th, 2015, the Supreme Court of Canada allowed the appeal of David Potter, the former Executive Director of the New Brunswick Legal Aid Services Commission, concluding that he had been constructively dismissed. Perri Ravon was one of the two lawyers representing David Potter before the Supreme Court of Canada in this important employment law case. While both the trial judge and the Court of Appeal for New Brunswick had dismissed Mr. Potter’s case, the Supreme Court of Canada found in his favour on all points.
