Lawyers

We are always on the lookout for motivated and skilled additions to our team.

Given our small size, low overhead costs, and national presence, we require you to demonstrate initiative, impeccable work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently with other team members. We value the interests and opinions of each single member of our team.

At Power Law, we understand and promote a truly bilingual work environment which benefits our English and French speaking clients. Bilingualism is an integral part of our identity. We are even more interested by potential new members who are fluent in or learning additional languages.

We are dedicated to providing a personalized, stimulating, and enriching work environment for our students. We expect our associates to participate in their learning experience and training.

To support new parents, Power Law offers a top up of government maternity and parental leave benefits to lawyers, non-lawyers and administrative staff. Under Power Law’s maternity and parental leave policy, the firm will top up those benefits to 100% of a new parent’s salary (up to a maximum annual salary of $150,000). The top up for the birth parent is offered for seven months; the top up for the other parent is offered for 3 months.

Power Law is committed to diversity and inclusion in our recruitment process.
