Caroline has unrivalled experience in agency work on matters before the Supreme Court of Canada. She also has considerable knowledge regarding filings before the Federal Court of Appeal, the Federal Court, an array of federal tribunals, as well as the courts of Ontario, Alberta, and the Northwest Territories.
Caroline also has extensive experience in document management for large-scale, complex civil and commercial litigation cases, and is extremely well versed in the most widely used electronic document management systems.
In 2016, Caroline was nominated as a finalist at the Ottawa Business Woman of the Year Awards in the “Entrepreneur” category.
Caroline is an active member of her rural community and has been President of the Sarsfield Community Association since 2006.

Before co-founding Power Law in 2014, Caroline worked for a decade as a senior law clerk in the Ottawa office of a national law firm. She is very interested in alternative dispute resolution, notably as a result of having worked for a dispute resolution firm with offices in Ottawa and Toronto, work which included conducting and assisting workplace investigations. She has also worked with the Office of the Federal Privacy Commissioner regarding matters before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court.
